          應(yīng)用:
          EC23僅限科研使用,不可用于臨床。實驗表明,該化合物可以強力的誘導(dǎo)多能干細胞向神經(jīng)組織方向分化,與ATRA相比,EC23能夠穩(wěn)定的誘導(dǎo)大量神經(jīng)元分化。此外,EC23還能激活Hox基因轉(zhuǎn)錄子的表達。
